Scoopy Doo

What an excellent company!! My little Mitsy loves when the scooper comes. He always has a biscuit for her and is keeping her play area nice and clean. Any time you call the office you always get to talk to a real person, the owners in fact. They are always so nice and very helpful. I have been with Scoopy Doo for several years now and have always been thrilled with the excellent service they provide. I would highly recommend this company to anybody. They are the best!! Thank you Scoopy!!!

It's a very bad thing to have dog crap in your yard, especially if you like to cook and eat outside in the summer. Do you see that fly on your potato salad? He was probably just sitting on one of your dog's piles in the yard. Disgusting. Thanks to Scoopy Doo, my yard is always clear, it's no longer a minefield of old dog feces. Because of the preservatives in commercial dog food, the waste will last longer than your Toyota, but thankfully, Scoopy Doo is here to take it away and dispose of it in an environmentally friendly manner. These Scoopy Doo guys are miracle workers! We have three dogs that produce quite a lot of waste, the Scoopy Doo technicians come into our yard, clean it up and leave and I never even know they're there. They must have Ninja training. They're more reliable than the US Mail, they're more efficient than my Mac computer, Scoopy Doo is one of the best services we'd ever used. Thank you Scoopy Doo!

The owner always blames the customer! One week his guy did not show up. We were home because of the virus, so we KNOW that the guy did not show up. My wife had to pick up after our dog. When I complained, they promptly stopped service saying that the guy came and suggesting that he did not is "insulting them". This is a self absorbed company that is not trying to do good service.

The quality of work is poor. When you call the owner to ask them to come out and correct the problem, he yells at you and tells you that your wrong, and he doesn't care. Then he tells you that he knows all of his guys do great work. They dont stand behind their work at all.
