Furry Friends Pet Waste Clean Up

They came out today and did an amazing job. I've been ill and haven't been able to clean up after my pets for quite some time. I'm happy I found your service online and look forward to weekly service. Everyone was very professional and courteous from my initial call to the cleanup.

John and Laura have exceeded our expectations with weekly pet waste removal and deodorizing. We always tried to keep up on the waste removal, but life happens sometimes and a week turns to two and becomes overwhelming. We don’t have to think about it now. This has been a game changer for us and allowed us to thoroughly enjoy our back yard while freeing up already limited time!

I've used 'Furry Friends' for 5+ years. What I appreciated most is getting a text before entry every week and a text when they left saying "locked and secured." Dependable and thorough job. Additionally they communicate via text so it's easy to get ahold of them. Highly recommend with two thumbs up!

Signed up for Services on Tuesday, the owner called and let me know that they would need to do an inspection since I stated there was 2-3 months worth of dog poop that needed to be cleaned for 2 dogs. He stated that it may be an extra fee for the first time cleaning which was fine for us and we would be happy to pay. They come out Thursday to look then called and told us it “wasn’t too bad” and they would waive the extra free and just charge us the normal charge of $75, and that they would be out the next day (Friday) to do the cleaning. Kevin Arrived at 10:07 and stated he was done and gone by 10:20 which was extremely fast for 2-3 months worth of poop. I decided to go outside and take a look and there was a TON of dog poop still. I sent Kevin a text and let him know that there was a lot of poop that was missed. His response was rude, unprofessional and inaccurate. He said that there was more than a month of dog poop (which I stated when being quote). I told him there was no excuse to not pick it up because they had inspected it and I already paid for the service. Kevin continued to be rude. I called the office and the owner and/or manger offered absolutely no solutions other than telling me that they didn’t do a thorough inspection. I’ve added screws shots below of the unprofessional conversation with Kevin. Save your money and go some where else, they clearly don’t care about customers or new business enough to make things right. *EDIT* the owners clear lies in their response to this review shows their character. All calls with the manager have been recorded. Not once did we ever say we could not afford to pay, and I’m more than happy to post the recordings. Super unprofessional! Never do business with them. Sad you guys can’t act professional or take a bad review. That’s exactly why you guys can’t answer the phone because you’ve been caught in a lie. Disgusting.
