ABQ Pet Waste Removal

Been using ABQ Pet Waste Removal for a few months, I highly recommend this company, (Robert) has never missed a week is courteous in that he informs us when he is on his way and when he done. Brings everything he needs to do the job. My wife loves the day when comes to pick-up the poop, "so worth it" she says. 😏

My aunt and grandmother who are both disabled and unable to get outside to clean the dog waste up hired Robert to help. Robert has been here 3 times and each time has been very rude. He shows up today (5/4/2022 at 4:35pm) and give off a very negative vibe and asked me very rudely asked if My aunt would be paying him today, I told him I will go ask, I went inside and told my aunt, my aunts son-in law went to get the payment after using the restroom but without a word Robert left, leaving their gate ajar. He did not clean the yard yet proceeded to say he did after saying it wasn't working out. Heres a picture of what he sent to my aunt after asking what had happened.

Our family is very pleased with this important service. Our neighbors recommended ABQ Pet Waste Removal and we're grateful they did. They are always here when they say they'll be here and do an excellent job. They are great with our dogs and also tell me when they're coming because we have an ankle-biter that we have to ensure is in the house. The owner, Robert, is professional and his prices are very fair. We can trust him around our pets and our home. He's a busy guy so try to get on his calendar. You won't regret it!

I originally posted a positive review but am finding myself having to edit it and side with those that have complained about this company for not showing up to do a job they were paid in advance to perform. The first 5 weeks were great. We paid for two addresses to be cleaned, one directly next door to the other, so no fuel spent traveling between the two. By week 6 no one shows up, no calls, no texts and no responses to mine. It wasn’t until I sent a scalding email requesting a refund for unused weeks that I finally received a text with an “excuse” for the silence. I have texts showing Robert would refund me for unused weeks. Three weeks later and I’m still waiting. I highly recommend anyone looking for this service to please read ALL reviews, and then look elsewhere or adjust your schedule to clean your own yard which is what I am now doing. The frustration isn’t worth an hour a week out of your time. What a disappointment.

This service has been picking up after my dogs and making my life less hectic for years now. He's always been great with the dogs, giving them treats to calm them down and working with my busy schedule. I appreciate you and all your hard work! the yard always looks great and the dogs are never stressed around you. Keep up the good work!
