POOP 911 New Jersey

ABSOLUTE SCAM! Beware! Something has happened within the past 6-8 months with this company. I’m not sure if they have new owners or management, but don’t even waste your time or money! I’ve been a very loyal customer for almost 3 years now, but the past 6-8 months there have been new employees showing up looking like they were homeless or just got out of jail, barely did their job and left piles of poop EVERYWHERE! I made it a point to go out and check on the days they came and would find anywhere from 10-15 VERY VISIBLE piles of poop still on my lawn. Previously, our technicians would spend anywhere from 10-15 minutes on the yard, but now we were even lucky to get someone for 3-5 minutes. Today I emailed them out of frustration to cancel my service with them — you would think the least they could do was apologize, but instead all they replied with was “your service will be cancelled”.

We love TJ! He always comes and does a fantastic job and leaves a big biscuit behind for his friend Mia the coonhound if she sleeps in like she usually does. But if she’s awake when he comes by, she is full of wags to see him!

Great experience! So convenient with the text message heads up each time and the service is always quick and efficient! Our assigned P911 partner, TJ, is wonderful (thank you TJ!)

When I signed up for the service and at that time the representative was really great and I thought there would be no issues. I’ve now had them come twice and I’ll be canceling the service. The first time they came everything was wonderful. They did a great job. I wanted them to come every two weeks, and only service my backyard , but I was scheduled weekly. I thought that must’ve been just miscommunication . I sent them an email and they told me they would fix it. I have two small dogs and I thought I explained to her that I only needed the service biweekly. The second time they came they did not pick up all the feces. As a matter of fact, there were SEVERAL piles of feces that were left. I didn’t notice it for about four days. I went on my camera and saw that the two employees didn’t even go to the right side of my backyard. Also, I noticed a small white bag, left in front of my garage, that had a horrible odor. I finally realized it was the feces from the service 4 days before!!! Even though I requested the “take away service” and I was BILLED for the take away service. I sent them another email letting them know my issues, She completely misunderstood and just said that she told the employees to check the front yard for feces as well. I didn’t have an issue with feces being left in my front yard. I had an issue with the employees servicing my backyard and leaving several mounds of feces and being charged for the waste removal service!!! I emailed her again that I was billed for the removal service and I need them to remove that charge and I never heard back from them. So I’m canceling my service but I just want everyone to know that it might seem great and wonderful in the beginning, but it’s not a good service. BEWARE. Once they sign up for a contract, that’s where the customer service ends.
