Customer service has been terrific. The person who came out was super respectful, and did a great job. I love that they give updates when they are close, when they have arrived, and when theybare complete. I was even able to change my day to accommodate an event.

Booking online was super easy, I love that I can set up weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleanings and even adjust the schedule myself anytime. They always send notifications when they’re on the way and again when they’re finished, which I really appreciate. They do an excellent job cleaning the poop off my deck (my dogs refuse to walk on wet grass!) and leave the yard spotless every time. They’re incredibly fast too, what would take me forever (I’m squeamish with poop 😅) they finish in no time. Prices are great, the response time when setting up my first service was quick, and the whole process was just easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!

I can’t recommend poo pals enough. As a busy mom with 2 big dogs and 2 little kids, I am so thankful for these guys. They keep my lawn super clean. The service tech often comes while my dogs are outside and I find her petting and playing with them so nicely. She is amazing.

After two months, I have to say, Poo Pals is a convenient, affordable, professional and reliable pet waste removal service! I have two dogs and a large yard, and the field tech does a very thorough job. In addition, the tech sends me a text message 20 minutes prior to their arrival, and another text, upon completion. It's so nice to always have a nice clean yard, especially right before mowing. I highly recommend....Dixie and Winnie say, "Thank you!"
