Mark from elite was absolutely fantastic to work with. From the very beginning they were responsive and quick. When he arrived, he arrived a few mins prior to their estimated arrival time and then he was in and out in less than an hour and took care of everything for me, clean up, to disposal when he was done, and then left my pup and I a hand written thank you card with some peanut butter treats for my guy. It was addressed to us both by name which I thought was such a nice personal touch. My boy Bentley absolutely loved the treats and I loved the incredible service.
