Emily and Big Business scoopers have been wonderful to work with. When our dog had a paw injury they were happy to pause the service for a month without any questions asked and were happy to resume without any extra fees or administrative charges. They're super communicative when someone is sick or if there's bad weather letting us know that they will not be available on that day. I would recommend them a 100%!
