Complaint Review – DoodyCalls Employee Misconduct Date of Incident: August 5, 2025 Location: Shadow Woods Community, Mount Arlington, NJ I am writing to formally express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the unprofessional behavior of a DoodyCalls employee who was on-site at Shadow Woods Community on August 5, 2025. After completing what appeared to be her assigned pet waste removal duties, the employee did not promptly leave the premises. Instead, she remained parked in a manner that obstructed both the roadway and residents’ driveways. To make matters worse, she was playing extremely loud music from her vehicle, disturbing the peace and quiet of our residential neighborhood. When a resident attempted to exit the parking lot and politely asked the employee to move her vehicle so as not to block the road, the employee responded with hostility. Rather than complying with the reasonable request, she began yelling and cursing at the resident in an aggressive and entirely unacceptable manner. Such behavior is entirely unprofessional and reflects poorly on DoodyCalls as a service provider. Blocking access roads, disrupting the neighborhood with loud music, and verbally abusing residents is not only disrespectful but also potentially dangerous. We expect that DoodyCalls will take this matter seriously and take appropriate disciplinary action to ensure that such behavior is not repeated in our community or elsewhere. A prompt response and clarification of the steps being taken to address this incident would be appreciated.

Review update: They sent someone to redo the job that wasn’t done previously, credited me for the missed service, and assured me it wouldn’t happen again. For the last couple of weeks, the service has been consistent, and they’ve been doing their job properly. Review “I’m very disappointed with DoodyCalls. They’ve marked my service as ‘completed’ three separate times, yet no one actually showed up to do the job. I’ve checked my yard each time, and it’s clear no one has been there. This is incredibly frustrating since I’ve been charged for services I didn’t receive. Even worse, when I tried reaching out to get this issue resolved, they just say oh we will contact the local office and reschedule. I didn’t receive a satisfactory response or explanation. This has made it hard to trust them to actually do the work I’m paying for. I hope they improve their scheduling accuracy and customer service, but I would not recommend them based on my experience. Paying for services that don’t happen is not acceptable, and it’s been a frustrating waste of time and money.”

We love Doody Calls! They always let us know when they’re on the way and the yard is always clean. We love having dogs but it’s not easy when you work and have kids to clean up after them. Doody Calls gives me peace of mind and the ability to enjoy our property with friends and family. Thank you Doody Calls crew!!!!
