Pet Butler

Can’t say enough good things about Jen and her Pet Butler team!! I started with the scooping service and when they started the dog walking, I immediately took advantage! Jen (the owner) has consistently gone above and beyond to be responsive and accommodating! She has been the one most often to come and take Kobe for walks and he absolutely adores her. She and her team are patient and kind. Kobe and I could not appreciate them more

They are professional, reliable and thorough. My yard got out of control due to the winter but they got it cleaned up and continued to maintain it beautifully.

Despite being too expensive for the lackluster job they do, the owner seems miffed that I would dare tell their employee to follow instructions and do a better job. Ring the bell announce yourself, make sure the dogs are not outside. That doesn't equal a text message to the landlord saying "I'm on my way" then complain to the owner that they met an angry dog. News flash land lord doesn't live there and doesnt care... Ring the bell welcomed and no angry dogs. They are so preoccupied with ring (sometimes), scoop, dash that they aren't through and put themselves in situations that could cost you a lot on homeowners insurance. If I wanted an attitude from someone scooping poop, I would make my teenager do it. I have a year of video of weekly incidents if the owner still thinks I am the problem.

They are a good service. I get a text when they start. I'm happy with Pet Butler.

Apart from doing a great job I have to personally commend Jess, the owner. There was a very minor issue with scheduling services and not only did she step in to resolve the problem, but she was understanding, empathetic and professional. It’s obvious she cares about her business, her employees and her customers. Great service better people
