I'm really happy with the job they did on my backyard. It was a mess and they cleaned it up in no time. Reasonably priced and very responsive with text messages confirming our appointment and a text telling me they were on the way. Highly recommended!

I have been using Michelle’s service for many years now! Definitely was the best choice, was unsure when I was looking at first if anyone was in this business… when I was quickly relieved there was! Michelle is the best and does absolutely fantastic with my DOGS and CATS! I would recommend over and over again!

Terrible and rude customer service from the owner of the company. We have had them for over 2 years and my roommate accidentally let the dogs out to use the bathroom while they were there. This was the one and only time and our dogs are very friendly. The owner contacts me and tells me how unacceptable this is and how this will never happen again and I need to acknowledge this message right now. Mind you I left to a doctors appointment and could not respond right away. This is not the first time they have talked to me like this though, I had just got a new dog late the night before they were to come and provide service. They come through the back gate and my son happened to be outside and was so excited to tell them about our new dog we rescued. I was still sleeping and my husband was home and never really deals with the contacting of poopy scoopy. Well I wake up to a bunch of messages telling me I’m hiding another dog and I need to communicate better and this is unacceptable. If you want to be yelled at and degraded definitely use them. They talk to you like a child which shows their complete professionalism. Pictures of screen shots attached! Since they claim I was the bad person. Also they charged me the $15 anyways so they didn’t let me slide with the new addition. I said nothing about the son being the representative. I actually apologized I didn’t have a second to tell them as we had gotten him late last night and had not even had a poop in the backyard yet. Still harassing me! Why just leave me alone! Such a professional company.

I find it extremely unprofessional that you call someone over the phone and threaten to sue them yelling and screaming because someone inside the home was unaware of you being back there and let the dogs out BY MISTAKE. You are a business and need to stay PROFESSIONAL and have customer service etiquette AT ALL TIMES. Especially when the dogs would never hurt a fly. It is extremely disrespectful and UNCALLED FOR. DO BETTER.

I’m so impressed with the work they did in my backyard. Cleaned it better than I ever could! On top of that great customer service. Answered quick and arrived on time. I’m so happy I found them! They got rid of my weeds and even washed down my backyard. Thank you for making my life so much easier! I have four dogs so it can get a little much sometimes. Such amazing service!!!
