POOP 911 Sparks, NV

First job and the tech threw all of the previous customer’s dog waste from the day in my bin when he arrived. He didn’t inform me he did it, but it was captured on camera and when I texted and asked if it was a normal process for their company, only then did he advise me what he did, why, and that it was not their process. On top of that, he washed his tools off in my backyard with my spigot since there is no hose attached. It sprayed all over the side of my house and surrounding bushes and lawn. I never got the picture of the gate closed or a text that the tech left as their guarantee and service promises. I was not comfortable with this especially being a 1st time customer. So I wanted to cancel my service. I tried calling 3-4 times with no answer and it wouldn’t go to voicemail. Instead it would ring and someone would pick up and just hang up. I emailed and told them everything, but no reply. I then tried calling again the next day. Same issue. I forwarded the email to their corporate but still not response from either. I called this morning and finally got a VM, I left a message, but now it’s the end of day and still not response. I’m extremely frustrated at this point. I have documented everything and I will be reporting any future transactions as unauthorized and fraud to my CC company.I would not recommend this company.

Amazing service! They always do amazing service and always communicate with us on arrival. I highly recommend this service.

Easy to set up, everything is tracked online, lots of options for stuff other than just cleaning up the poop, etc. The people that came out were friendly and did a great job.
