DoodyCalls of Henderson

I hired this company in August for a one-time backyard cleanup service, which was quoted at $120. Initially, I had a credit card on file, but I later removed it to ensure the correct amount would be processed, as this was my first time using their services. Despite these precautions, an unauthorized charge of $245 was withdrawn from my account today by DoodyCalls. I had contacted both their corporate office and Brian at the Henderson location over a week ago to confirm that no such charge would be processed. Unfortunately, that communication appears to have been ineffective. Corporate claims the charge originated at the local branch, while Brian insists it was processed by corporate, each side pointing fingers at the other with no resolution. To make matters worse, it appears they retained my card information even after it was removed. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and as a result of this unauthorized charge, my account is now overdrawn. I expected better communication and accountability from a company like this and their employees
