These guys are studs. They make it super easy to get serviced, I never have to be outside or home, they come in and come out. My gate is always properly closed and I’m notified every single time with a picture confirmation. My dogs are not aggressive so they don’t have to be inside when they service & they have no problem with them being present in the yard. They take the waste with them as well so I never have my trash cans smelling for days on end. Everything is done over the phone, completely seamless & effortless for me. Keep it up guys I love what you do. 5 star service.

Since my dog has had her puppies we’ve kept 2 and they have tore up our backyard these last couple years. I don’t know about you guys but I would rather lose a leg then go out in my yard and scramble around for dog poo. Gio is a great technician, I feel completely safe with him on our property knowing the company always sends photos of our gate properly closed after the service is done. We had another company before and they left our gate wide open couple of times, we almost lost our dogs due to leaving the gate open. That has never happened with Doctor Scoop!
