This business's owner a Mr. Andy Taylor accepted a check from me in the amount of $625.00 for a year (52 weekly visits) of pet waste removal. He showed up for two consecutive weeks in August and then never again. Calls to him are met with responses of mock surprise at no one having arrived to take care of our yard with his promise of being there the following day to do so. Neither he nor anyone ever did. He claims to not have text messaging on his phone (b------- as everyone with a phone does) nor will he respond to emails. Don't be taken in as was I by his well appointed website with the cute puppies and dogs; Taylor is a liar, fraud and an absolute unrepentant thief.

August 2021 the owner Andy Taylor accepted a check from us to prepay a years worth of service. He came to our home exactly twice. Every week since then we have contacted him because he hasn’t shown up, he promises to be out the following Monday and does not show up. If you don’t mind paying $296.00 dollars per visit from him, by all means give him a call. For us, it was a scam and he owes us $593.00. Mr. Taylor, if you happen to read this, please contact us in Boulder City since we have tried every way possible to get ahold of you for a refund; or you can wait for the process server to visit you.

I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. The website indicates a $10 fee for “any yard”. I call and the guy who answers the phone asks how many pets I have and their size. He then starts adding up the cost based on animal, even though the website clearly states $10 for any yard. Not very “honest” marketing if you ask me. I told him I would call elsewhere and he proceeded to tell me that no “reputable” company will do it for less than him. When I told him I already had another quote for less, he got defensive and said that the company I have a quote from does not do good work. He does not even know what company that is. Very unprofessional. I’d pay double to not be lied to with false marketing on the website.

do not use this place! I am actually putting a big lock on my gate now to ensure they cannot enter my yard. First of all, I wanted them to come do one treatment, they charged me 70 dollars! I never signed or said I wanted them to come again and the next week my ring camera goes off and they didn’t contact me or anything, they just strolled right into my yard and into my dog run while my dogs were outside and then called me after to tell me to pay them. So whatever. I let them come for a couple weeks. Well today they were blowing up my phone, and mind you I’ve been nothing but nice to them. I sent them their payment and told them their services will no longer be needed. They always tell me I didn’t sent the payment so I sent a screen shot and said it’s probably coming from my husbands phone number, but please don’t return to my house. Their response? “I feel sorry for your husband, I can imagine what it’s like to have to live with you”….my husband is the one who told me quit having them come!!!! So beyond ignorant and unprofessional!!!
