Pinky's Pooper Scoopers

When I say quick, thorough and completely worth it… I mean it! I’m moving out of state and picking up a year’s worth of two chihuahua’s poops in a rocky backyard was not on the top of my fun list. Priority yes, but I have so much more to do that the of being outside in 90° weather with gloves picking up poop exhausted me. I called Pinky’s and they were here the next morning (based on availability, I’m sure), gave me an estimate, got to work and was gone in less than hour! What I couldn’t bring myself to do in one year, was literally done in less than hour. He even raced the garbage truck because it’s trash pick-up day. I was on the fence for a while because it seems like one of those things we should be doing ourselves… but honestly, I wish I would have hired them for the weekly service from the get-go. This is a service and convenience any one with pets should use. 10/10 recommend. My only “con” is the owner was so quick I didn’t get a chance to say thank you before he headed out! Thank you, Pinky’s! You quite literally lifted a burden from my shoulders for a job I didn’t think was possible for how bad I let it get. Don’t hesitate, just book them and you won’t regret it!

I know nothing of their work, but they just sped through my residential subdivision and right past our bus stop full of 20+ kids. The truck was bouncing like a circus car. This was a safety risk and memorable in a lasting negative way.

If there is one thing I have learned throughout my years of being a consumer is that the most important part of a service is people with good character being the ones doing the service. The Hank Hills ( from King of the Hill) who put doing the right thing and the customer first. Well let me tell you. Any person who would put their life on the line to help someone out is doing the right thing. Well that is exactly what the man driving the pinkies pooper scooper truck did. This is exactly the type person and business you want takinh care of your "messy problems".

I've been using Pinky's for over 2 years. They do an excellent job of cleaning up after my 3 dogs and will notify us anytime there may be an issue picking up. For example, where was a couple weeks where the snow was covering everything. Pinky's let us know ahead of time that they wouldn't be here on the assigned day, then showed up the following week and picked up everything. Pinky's has been very easy to work with when we go out of town with the dogs or if there's any type of billing and payment issues. I definitely recommend their service to anyone who has dogs!

We love Pinky's! They always do a great job and Justin has even let us know our puppy had started chewing the side of the house in the dog run, which we would have never seen. They are always super nice and communicative so we always know when they are coming. We will be using them for years to come.
