Discount Pooper Scoopers

I ordered this service last week. The first technician who came out said my gate was locked. It was not. I have a chain on my gate that has been hanging on there for years, just hanging not locked. You can literally push my gate open with your pinky finger. They sent someone out today. The representative called me to tell me my gate was locked again. Which it is not. He then proceeds to tell me that isn't having my gate dangerous if I have a toddler in the house. I then asked him if he was questioning my parenting skills. After a bit of back and forth, he then proceeded to tell me that the technician knocked on my door. Well I have a Ring camera system and unless this individual was a ghost. No one other than my husband and my maid are on my camera system. I called them back to inform the rep of this he then called me back to debate. Do Not use this service. They are horrible just like the rest of the reviews say.

I usually don't write reviews and all that, but going online and thought to write one for this company and seeing that their reviews online is 1 STAR gives it all the explanation that you need not to hire these people! This company says they have over 4000 homes that they service, and they say they do a good job every single time they come. It is total BS because the first was alright, the second time was just unacceptable! Someone came and serviced our backyard, I have 3 dogs, and I was home when they were doing the service, thinking everything will be okay when I come out to inspect, like the last time. They were in our backyard for less than 5 minites! I thought was pretty fast, but this time, some poops were still visible, I had ordered a deodorizer for their "extra" service for more money a week and didn't do that either! This is only the second time they are servicing our home, and they didn't do a good! I had called them, emailed, and someone had returned my phone call, with an attitude, so with all that, I decided to cancel it! Just don't hire them, they are very cheap but your money isn't worth it, it will go to waste!

Very disappointed! I have a small dog so I only have them coming once a week and they can't even handle that! I first noticed that the employee wasn't picking up all the poop, so I emailed them. They proceeded to change the person who comes. I've since noticed that sometimes he doesn't even come at all (there's no way my dog can poop 7 or more times on one day!). After the 3rd time of him not showing up I called and emailed and got no response 😡 Yes it's relatively cheap, but for only a dollar a week more I can change to someone else (which is exactly what I'm going to do!). I do not recommend this company at all!!

I used this company for 2 years. Yesterday, I came home to VERY worn out dogs. I couldn't understand why they were so tired. When my boyfriend came home, I could hear him in the front of the house talking to the dogs. THESE GUYS LEFT MY GATE OPEN AND MY DOGS GOT OUT! The did not close the latch on the gate and then they put the lock on it. I am so sick over this! I have called and left a message and wrote an email - I have gotten NOTHING in response. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!

The worst company to deal with. Ive had to call reach out to them weekly to remind them that I'm a paying customer in order to get someone to my house. Every week seems to be a new excuse. There are much better companies to use in town.
