Clean Feet Pet Clean Up

I called to set up an appointment to have my yard cleared of dog waste and was told they could come out next Saturday, which was completely fine. After receiving the invoice, I found that they were able to come out the next day! A team arrived the next morning and cleared my yard. I could not be happier with the fast, friendly and COMPLETE cleanup of my yard! I was only going to use the service once, but after seeing how this company operates, I will continue to use them!

Very impressed with this company! My husband and I just moved into our first new house a week ago and the previous owner had 3 very large dogs... Needless to say she did not clean up ANY of her dogs waste before she moved out! I spent over an hour in the back yard and got a tiny portion cleaned up. I am 6 months pregnant so this was not an easy task for me. I called several places and was either quoted a ridiculous price or they were just very rude and most couldn't come out for at least 3 weeks. I called Clean Feet and the gentleman I spoke to on the phone was amazing! So friendly and personable and actually gave me a price that wasn't outrageous! I called on a Saturday and he said they could come the very next Saturday! He warned me that if the weather went south and we got snow then we would have to wait until after the snow. Understandable. Of course Nebraska never fails and we are getting snow on the day they are supposed to come. Instead of making me wait another week, they came a day early to beat the snow! Not only did they clean the entire yard, they also picked up the nasty toys left from the previous owners dogs! Now my dog can go outside and not have to hop over mountains of poo that are bigger than him. I would recommend this company to anyone and will be calling them again next spring! Thank you!

We've been using the service for about a year now with mixed degrees of happiness with service. We have a large dog and little dog, oftentimes I have to pick up my smaller dog's waste. I have had them coming out twice a week for the two dogs. I called a handful of times over the past year to ask for somebody to come out on a scheduled day if weather was a thing. I rate their service as acceptable.

I typically do not write reviews EVER. But this was one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. I paid to have them come once a week (Thursday’s). The first time they came, they didn’t pick up everything in my yard. Mind you it is all fenced in area. I contacted them, and they told me they were only doing a one side of the FULL FENCED IN YARD. After that, they started doin the full yard. Then another time I had to contact them and ask, they told me they came a day early because of rain yet there was still feces all over our yard. Finally this weekend I canceled my monthly payments with them, as they have not been to my house in over two weeks, there’s feces molding and white in the yard and EVERYWHERE. I emailed to let them know, and they tried assuring me they have GPS and know someone was here Thursday. Never been so unsatisfied with a business in my WHOLE LIFE. Moral of the story, find somewhere else, pay the extra $10 a month to get your yard cleaned because this was the biggest scam I have ever paid into.

The best service I ever could've purchased and will continue to use their services. I hate cleaning after my two dogs. So thanks to Clean Feet, I have one less thing to worry about It.
