We have been doing business with the company for over 7years and I never had a problem, moved from Millard to Gretna and he followed with no problem. Very nice guy I feel communication is great and he always responds promptly. Thanks again for being reliable!

I have had Doo-B- Gone service for a few years now and have had no issues. The yard gets cleaned regularly, unless there is snow, in which case it gets taken care of the next week. I will say that it can, at times, be difficult to get a hold of the owner, but if you leave him a message he typically gets right back to you. But the service itself is great, and I would recommend it to anyone looking to lighten their "load" (pun totally intended). Easy 4/5!

Buyer Beware, trust the reviews. I decided to give him a shot anyway and regret that decision. The first call we had he requested I pay an additional .50 a week because my location wasn't close enough to other jobs. I felt this was weird but agreed to it anyway. First two months he came 3-4 times but never on a consistent day, that was fine so I was optimistic. in Jan. he only came twice and then he didn't show up for the entire month of Feb. I reached out to them multiple times only to be fed some excuse and talked to like I didn't understand how the world of business works. Today March 2nd I call to let him know I am going with a different company. No hard feelings business is business. He tells me "I don't feel you have a good understanding of what we do". I have a simple expectation: Clean the dog waste out of my back yard. Im not sure what his understanding of what he does is but I know I pay to have dog waste picked up once a week. If a week is missed due to weather totally understand. A month without showing up or any communication that they are not is unacceptable. Read the other reviews its all the same...Inconsistent pickup, strangely high and abrasive ego, and unhappy clients.

I’ve had a great experience so far, and I always choose to support veteran owned businesses when I can. What I like the most is the owner remembers my dogs favorite spots, then makes sure to hit the rest of my yard too. Overall 5/5!

I want to start off on a positive note. This company was one of the least expensive places I found when researching a company to pick up dog waste. Unfortunately, I used Doo-B-Gone for a year and was unhappy with the service. That is the bottom line. We fired the company because it was not working out for us. There were reliability and communication issues that made our relationship less than a good fit. It seems like many of the people who are unhappy are posting essentially the same thing. If I were the business owner I would look to that for resolution. Why are people unhappy? How can I make my service better? What can I do make it better in the future? Responses from the owner asking people to file complaints against him with the BBB make zero sense. Who wants complaints lodged against them? What resolution could anyone possibly seek from non-binding arbitration through third party business if they have already cut ties? I truly wish the owner the best and hope he uses these comments on his business to find ways to better his company. ADDITION TO ORIGINAL POST IN RESPONSE TO BUSINESS OWNER: I did not claim to be a disinterested party. I said I used your service for a year and was unhappy with the service. You received a number of documented communications over the year from us about the problems we encountered. Our last in-person communication precipitated the Immediate termination of our arrangement with you. To be clear, my wife did pay your bill against my better judgement before either of us reviewed your business here. It was my my personal opinion you were in breech since we had to pay another company to do the work you were contracted to do. The fact you asked to be paid more to clean up what you failed to do initially precipitated your firing. It is that simple. My unaltered post to you remains above. (The only change I have made is to drop my review from a 2 to 1 star) In it suggested you look at the other posts to figure out why I and other people were unhappy with you. It appears you would rather denigrate me personally for having a less than stellar opinion of your company rather than doing anything to change it. At no point did my post or that of my wife (or adult daughter who recommended you initially) state anything that was not factual. We did not and have not mentioned you by name, but kept the focus on you as ‘the owner’ and your company. It is not tortuous nor inappropriate to express dissatisfaction with service. In fact, feed back is often solicited by successful businesses who wish to improve. You could have turned a negative to a positive with us based on how you handled situation . Mia Cuilpa and an apology may have ended it. Unfortunately, It appears you would rather attack. [NOTE: Your response to my post was screenshot as you posted]In it you question my ethics. You name me, my past, and current profession and question my honor and Integrity. You clearly attempted to defame my character in writing. Tell me should I be intimidated by libel? You go on to say you warned my wife that you about making ‘fraudulent‘ reviews and threaten legal action. Again, why? Intimidation? No one is out ruin your business they are unhappy with your service. I am comfortable with that my review, my wife’s review, and my daughter (who also fired you) are simply opinions supported by our experiences and are truthful. We are allowed opinions. I would not even have weighed in had I not read your responses to the Michele and Paige’s posts. I was simply shocked. While a truthful review is not wrong, I am quite sure your rebuttal as originally written crossed a bright legal line when you baselessly attacked my character In writing. I hope you decide to leave it up unaltered. The rambling and threatening nature of it says more about you than any review I could write. Customer service is important. How you deal with people is important. Doing the right thing for the right reason is important. Threatening to sue people who give you bad reviews won’t improve public perception of your company.
