POOP 911 St. Louis

Terrible service they have left my gate open twice my dogs have escaped god forbid something would’ve happened to them. They also routinely will not show up due to bad weather when it will just be a dark cloud in the sky. They also change your service days around every other month. Don’t waste your money or your sanity dealing with this business. Also the owner Rachel is extremely rude & inconsiderate as you can see from her replies to all the one star reviews.

Chelsea did a great job! It had been months since I was able to clean up the yard, let's just say there was a lot out there. She came and cleaned it up with a smile on her face, now I have one less thing to worry about! And the price is reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Updated review 30 Aug 2024 I STILL can't say enough great things about this company. Liam does my yard. He does a thorough job in a quick manner. He also takes a few minutes to play with my dogs after he's done. And they absolutely love him!!! Liam has even taken to monitoring and reporting the consistency of the piles because Henry has tummy issues and if he gets diarrhea i have to treat it. 🥰 He comes on Tuesdays and always texts 10 min prior to showing up to let me know he's on the way. And by now, Liam has learned the dogs habits and knows exactly where they poop. Makes his job easier. Also gives him a few extra minutes to play with them. ☺️ I HIGHLY recommend this company for yard waste cleanup. They charge by the number of dogs, not the size. This makes it more economical, and their prices are reasonable. So if you need your yard cleaned by professional, friendly, and great people; call Poop911! ☺️💞

Excellent. Easy to set up. Super affordable. My yard looks way better. Grass coming back from not having mud-pies all over it every day. Very good service. Yard stays clean, dogs are happy and guests don’t have to worry about stepping in poo quite as much.
