We absolutely LOVE Martin & his team. They make our apartment communities shine extra bright! Excellent customer service & definitely the best in the biz!

First service was great. Website says absolutely no contracts so requested to cancel after that service as I wanted to try them out, Martin the “Owner” of the South KC location came back telling me I must not have read their website cause it does say otherwise in the faq, which it doesn’t. He sent me some screenshot from his phone showing a policy I can’t find anywhere on the website that you have to stay a customer for 1-3 months at his discretion. He was very rude about me asking to cancel. He ended his email with “ So far I have heard of no dissatisfaction, just an issue created by your sign up and a failure to read the terms of service that every company uses. ” 0 stars for Martin in south KC.

POOP911 keeps stealing our poops! At least the doggos seem to think so when we let them out after the poop technician removes it and leave. Cracks us up watching the dogs look for their piles. Anyhoo. On a serious note, we love the communication and excellent attention to detail! Great service at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

I am more than satisfied with my service. This was the first time that I've hired a poop company and they did great. Picked up everything and even the little bits left. Highly recommended with great communication from the employee doing the service.
