This company is nothing but a SCAM! I had scheduled to have someone come out and remove pet waste from my yard on April 1st at 10am. The owner (Matt) texted me about 3pm that day and said he was sorry but they had a scheduling issue and they would be out at 10am April 2nd. No problem, I understand scheduling errors. April 2nd came and nothing. I texted him around noon asking if someone was coming out and he said they were really backed up but they would be there. No problem, I understand being busy. But then 4pm came and still nothing. At this point I am over it so I texted him requesting my money back. He apologized and told me he would issue me a refund via Venmo but that it may take a few days to hit my account. (Which is weird because its Venmo and I should at least see the refund right away but hey it's a "business" so maybe things are different). Well here we are over a week later and guess who has stopped responding to all of my text messages, emails, Venmo requests? Yep, you got it, Matt! And then I find out yesterday that he deleted me off Venmo. So yeah don't use this company unless you want to lose your money. I'm not done trying yet, Venmo told me to have the police contact them and they will assist on getting my money back so that's what I will be doing. Who scams someone in a global pandemic. PATHETIC!
