I highly recommend this service. Don’t hesitate… just call and start them right away. You won’t regret it. As a customer for nearly 10 years I can confirm they are prompt, reliable and efficient. For less than $20 a week I can be assured that my lawn is clean year around.

At first, I was hesitant to book with this company because of the many reviews I read about Poop911's techs either not showing up like they're supposed to, or not cleaning up all of the poop. I decided to give them a chance because of the positive reviews but now I am dealing with the same issue as the negative reviews said. My brother cuts our grass weekly after poop cleanup and he said that for weeks the poop hasn't been getting cleaned up. I tried to reach out and discuss this but then was told that their tech is out sick today and can't clean up the poop this week and that I'll be charged based off of how long it takes them next week to clean it up and the amount of poop there is to clean up. I do not feel this is right or fair considering it is THEIR fault the poop has not been getting cleaned up for weeks but yet I have continued to be charged weekly automatically. Please be careful with booking with this company!

I do not recommend them for services. A lot of missed poop being picked up or not picking it up at all and still being charged. And when you bring these issues to their attention they get defensive. I was told to never contact them again. Very unprofessional

The one that I don't like is that I can't cancel via the web portal I can only change payment methods... The technician and all that that's all fine they do a good job This would be a five star if you could cancel online without having to call.

This is one of the best things I’ve ever done. Staff are friendly, dependable and my dogs love them.
