I left a 1 star review under another account previously due to ZERO communication with me and not servicing my account for multiple weeks yet still charging me. Owner messaged me to take down my review and I declined. He then proceeded to saw I was emotional and hoped I didn’t run my business like this and make reckless decisions. Please think twice about using this company

We've been using Scoop GR for almost 3 years and are happy with the service. Communication has been great - we receive email reminders about upcoming cleaning or change in day/time, and Scott timely responds to any questions. Overall, it's been really nice to outsource this chore so the kids are less likely to run through dog poo.

Scott and James are amazing with their customer service. Our yard is perfectly cleaned once a week. Their communication is top notch if scheduled days ever change. We highly recommend them!!

Scoop is amazing. Every week, Scott and team clean my yard and make sure we are able to enjoy our yard without worrying about stepping in dog waste. They are professional, and provide a great service at a fair price! I would recommend them to anyone that wants help keeping their yard clean.

Signed up with them, 2 weeks later after being charged for a full month they were supposed to be here twice and never showed either week. Never communicated that they wouldn’t be coming. Do not recommend at all
