POOP 911 Lansing

This is absolutely worth the money and is a great deal! We have one dog who poops like a horse and I hate cleaning it up. Just had a baby and there was no way I was going out there to clean it all up. Got this service thinking it would be temporary but decided to keep it and I love it. They are always on time, come every week, and are so nice! I love that there is a text before they come over and you are emailed an invoice. I highly recommend

People think I am crazy when I tell them that I pay money to have somebody come and pick up my dogs poop. But, it is well worth it when you have a Great Dane AND a 130 pound yellow lab. This company always lets me know when they are on their way via email and a text. They are very reasonably priced, and they do a great job in my yard. I mean, an extra $5 to take all of my dogs poop away?!? That’s a no brainer. Although, I did want my service done on Fridays, like it originally was, and they messaged and said they can only do it on Wednesday. To be honest, I looked around for another company that would do this on Fridays and the one I found could not service my area any longer. There are a couple of other places that I might check out. But, we will see. I do still really hope that poop 911 changes my schedule back to Friday. That would be the only reason why they are getting 4 stars instead of 5.

I attempted to use the free initial cleaning last week which they never showed up for, the second appointment would have been this week which no one has shown up for, and yet they charged my card today. I have attempted to contact them by phone and email numerous times with no response, at this point I have contacted corporate as well and will be disputing the charge with my bank once it goes through. This company is a scam. I'm typically good about looking up reviews but saw the ad for a free cleaning and figured I'd give it a shot, bad idea apparently. Do NOT recommend.

Very timely, professional and efficient. We are a busy family and using this service has help us spend more time doing the things well love and not focus on the yucky job.

They do a great job cleaning my yard up. They come once a week and alway very professional. I would highly recommend them for your pet waste yard service.
