I have been with this company for a few years. Over the years this company customer service has went down! This is the second time my house was not scooped 07/09/2025 I did not receive an email nor a phone call. When I contacted customer service, all they could tell me was we see your house wasn’t serviced! She couldn’t tell me why, or if it was going to be serviced today! When asking to speak to a manager is impossible, they have to email them! Which is ridiculous! Waiting on a response that will never come! I would never recommend this company to anyone! Very disappointed, when I pay for a service monthly, and i have to track down why my house wasn’t scooped! Then get the run around!

Terrible experience, first time service. The first time they came out, very little if anything was picked up. My yard did not look any cleaner by any means. I called to see if they can come back out and do better, no one called me back to inform of when they’ll be coming back out. The guy showed up the next week after it snowed… again, yard was obviously not cleaned, so I called again to let them know one nobody let me know about a service guy coming, and secondly, sending a guy out after it snowed to clean pet waste made zero sense. When I initially called, that whole first week was clear and dry. I was told someone would be reaching back out to me, a week or so went by I never heard anything. I called last week to say I’m done giving chances, I’d like my refund plus at this point it’s been nearly a month, I cleaned my yard myself. The gentleman I spoke to said his apologies and no problem to refunding my money. Fast forward to today, another representative calls stating they decided they won’t be refunding my money. So I paid for a service that I ended up having to do myself, and not once has anyone reached out to me first, I’ve had to initiate every call when I paid for a service to be done the beginning of February. I would NOT recommend this company, you are better off finding a kid in the neighborhood to help.

I was really excited for the expected convenience of this service but unfortunately I was disappointed. I found myself having to go over my yard for missed "poop" , false text messages stating completion and no shows toward the end of my subscription.

This service has been great. My pups are happy to see Chris every week. He is very courteous and makes sure to say hi to my pups and lock the gate. He does a great job each week. This has been so helpful as I recover from my leg injury.

Great service! Love the text alerts at the start of service and notified of any delays as well due to weather in a timely manner. Even closed my gates for me once done. Highly recommend!
