I don't even know where to start.I'm so angry. Everything was going good with this company.Up until today . The owner got mad at me. Because I didn't answer my phone or my door this morning.When he calls me at eight forty in the morning. I've never once got a notification, when they show up, I only get it when they leave. He got mad at me because he tells me every time he comes, he has to wait and i'm only talking maybe a minute or two, because maybe my dog's outside and I have to bring them in. Tell me that he's over sixty years old.And he picks up dog poop for fourteen dollars a week . I'm sorry . I never thought i thought I was cause an inconvenience to him or anybody else because I wasn't ready for him to go to the backyard. I keep my gate locked at night. I hired this company because I have serious health problems and i'm battling cancer. And now I get dropped as a client because of this. He demanded an apology out of me. Which I was gonna give him one anyways. I wasn't expecting for him to come back. I understand he took off and left and he went to his next job. But don't take your anger out on me. This was the worst experience. I'm so upset over this. I have no idea why he acted this way toward me. Now he puts me in this situation where I have to find somebody else to help me. I've never been treated so horrible from somebody. Don't make this guy, wait or I'll drop you as a client. I've never made them wait more than maybe a minute or two at the most. I thought we were starting off with a good relationship.I even had a conversation with him.The first time. We sat there and talked for almost twenty minutes. And then he gets so aggressive and angry with me. I'm sorry I don't sleep at night.I'm in severe pain. It's hard for me to get up in the morning. I never knew he was going to show up on a saturday before nine o'clock. If I did, I would have had my gate open. I'm so sorry that inconvenience have caused you. No one deserves to be treated like this. The man is just upset because yes, things didn't go. His way he was never sorry . Oh, I'm sorry. I just wanted to let you know I was always coming to the door my apologies, if you felt that that was a little bit off, because every time he showed up, I was either upstairs or in the basement, or something it seems like if he complains about making fourteen.Dollars a week, picking up poop, and it's time for retirement instead of being nasty to us customers

I’ve been using their weekly pickup service for years now and couldn’t be more satisfied. They’ve never missed a single week and always do a phenomenal job, even in winter snow conditions. Their customer service is excellent, they’re always quick to respond to emails, and paying invoices is incredibly easy. Highly recommend!

I have been a customer for years and am grateful for the excellent service Kelli and her team provides . I am unable to keep up with the chore of scooping due to physical constraints and deal with an extremely tight budget. This company has made it affordable for me despite having a literal pack of pups. I am impressed not only with the service,but with the true kindness they have shown. I 20 out of 10 recommend!

These folks are always prompt, professional, and attentive to customer needs. Cannot recommend highly enough! Well worth the price for the peace of mind and not having to do my least-favorite chore.
