Since moving to Arlington we wanted to get a dog walker in at least 2 times a week when my wife and I have longer days at work. Above and Beyond has very reasonable prices especially for 2 dogs. They were extremely responsive and detailed with the intake process. It was very easy getting us on the schedule and easy to email any changes. Our usual walker, Jess, is incredible! She writes wonderfully detailed notes about the visits and is always mindful about the needs of each of our dogs. I highly recommend this service!

We have had a wonderful experience with Above and Beyond over the past two years. We have routine walks for our dog twice a week and had several overnight pet sittings at our house in Watertown. They have always been prompt, professional, and extremely reliable. Our primary walker, Anna, is so thoughtful with our pup and leaves the nicest notes for us. We are very happy clients of theirs and would not hesitate in recommending their services.

I have used their services for two years now for home visits for my parrot when I travel. I love the attention to every detail of care and the daily updates to confirm what happened on each visit. Excellent communication system and follow up. Jordan, in particular, is outstanding with my bird. I always breathe easier seeing her name in the care notes. I highly recommend this service for any animal.

Above and Beyond has been consistently excellent. Particularly Denise who is very conscientious and makes my dog so happy when she arrives. She is always upbeat and positive. And when I needed an additional service because my dog was recovering from an illness, Denise provided a thorough and detailed report. That made me feel very comfortable. We have been using Above and Beyond for 6 months for walking our quirky goldendoodle, Milo. His walker, Elise has been excellent. She truly loves dogs, and Milo has really responded to her, always reluctant to have her leave after his walk. For a dog that is shy and anxious, she has been patient and kind, and it has really made a difference for all of us. She is also reliable and friendly, so we feel she is part of the family now. Milo does, too The office staff is always responsive, answering emails right away, and are always cheerful and helpful. I highly recommend their services, as I know your pet will love them!
