We can’t say enough great things about Poops Happens! Even though we live a bit far out, they made it work without hesitation and never once made us feel like an inconvenience. Their commitment and flexibility truly stand out. Our dogs, Milo and Crunches, absolutely love them, and that says a lot! Every visit was greeted with tail wags and excitement because they always came with kind hearts and treats in hand. You can tell they genuinely care about the pets they serve. Communication was always top-notch clear, consistent, and super responsive. They were always right on time, incredibly sweet, and their professionalism never wavered. The quality of their service is truly A1. If you're looking for reliable, kind-hearted, and thoughtful care of your yard and four-legged family, Poops Happens is the way to go. I have been using Poop Happens for many years and have been very pleased with their service. Even when our yard is full of leaves or snow, the technician seems to find what he/she is looking for and our yard is kept up nicely by the company and their technicians. We are super pleased with the reliable and consistent service. I highly recommend Poop Happens. It is nice to know that whatever the season or weather, the yard is maintained and ready to use for any purpose.

I signed up for Poop Happens in July. Between July and October, I had two missed services without any communication from Poop Happens. This week, after my service I went out into my yard and found 7 piles that were missed. I canceled my service because it was too much of a hassle to have to chase them. I need a reliable service that I can trust and that is not what I got with Poop Happens.

I’ve been using Poop Happens for many years now. They are very responsive and always do a great job. My tech Allen is great. He always notifies me when he’s on his way, when he’s arrived and when he’s finished with the job. Highly recommend!
