Joelyne and her team are absolutely incredible. If you are looking for pet care look no further because this is who you want taking care of your baby/babies. I have tried rover and a few other options and I always had problems and concerns. PranceAround has given me complete peace of mind every single day. I have been using their services for about 4 months now and they have never let me down. I have a pit mix who is a rescue and she is not exactly easy to work with. She is leash reactive with other dogs and wants to chase anything that moves faster than her. The team never hesitated! They have been patient and loving with her. They have even improved my dogs behavior on the leash! I get a detailed email report after every walk which always includes 1-4 pictures of their activities that day. Everyone I have spoken with has been patient and kind and understanding. When life happens and I need care for my pet last minute they have always been there. They have never been late or left me hanging. A special shoutout to my two main caretakers Jimmy and Kathleen! Those two guys are phenomenal when it comes to my dog! After having several bad experiences with other companies or individuals I can truly appreciate the effort that these guys put into their jobs! I will never use anyone else for pet care. Like I said, stop looking around and contact these guys I promise you won’t be disappointed!

They are fantastic. Take great care of my fur baby. My apt is difficult to access isolated floors. No problem for Prance Around staff. My cat Charley's personality is, how did vet put it? Fractious with people and change. I just call her my baby Bi?&h! When I travel they send me photos and reports of my baby girl and it eases my heart knowing she well cared for in my absence. Cannot recommend them enough!!
