We’ve been clients of Scooper Joe’s for years now. You can count on them showing up, being thorough and respectful of the property. Would recommend to anyone with pooches and a busy lifestyle.

We have been using Scooper Joes for over 3 years. We have 2 dogs and a busy life...this service is excellent and he shows up rain, shine, snow and ice. Great service and highly recommend.

Used Scooper Joes for 3 yrs. Had considered firing them on several occasions for poor performance. Had to make several calls to ask for better service. We entertain frequently and had been embarrassed by my guests on several occasions giving me grief for paying for a service to pick up dog poop when there was poop discovered that was obviously missed several times. Did not fire them because they did always respond, never answer but call back, and I did not want to fire a small business. During that time I had asked if it was possible to move the day of the week to accommodate what worked better for me and my situation but was told I could not be accommodated because or their route/schedule etc. No problem, I completely understood and resumed the service. for at least a year or more after that conversation. I also never brought it back up. We are moving and when I made the call to transfer service to the new address I revisited the conversation of moving the day of pick up to accommodate my schedule. Since I am going to be in a different part of town I was hoping this area might be in that days schedule or possibly close enough that it could accommodate me. When I was informed that it would not ,which I completely understand why, considering the mediocre service I had received over the years, I let the person on the phone know that it would be a deal breaker for me to resume. If the service had been outstanding it would not have been a deal breaker. At that point the person became irate and went into a lecture about how he wasn't going to change his business to accommodate me. No one asked him to. When I went to rebut and tell him that, he hung up on me. All he had to say was "appreciate the business, sorry it didn't work out". In all sincerity I would probably leave 3 stars for the actual service but the horrendous customer service service drops it to one easily.
