Clint came and gave me a very good estimate within an hour of me requesting it. He was very understanding of how my gates are latch and that if I forget to open the gates because of how crazy my life is with a 2 month old and a 4 year old, he would call or ring the doorbell, instead of just leave like the other service I used before would do.
