Poo Patrol - Pet Waste Removal

Today, they came and didn’t clean half the yard. I am no longer their client due to this. I messaged them about it and sent pictures and they are not coming back. Online it says if your not happy they come back within 24 hr. This is not true. *reply* I did not speak inappropriate and I did contact within 15 min of him leaving which was before 4pm. Humans make mistakes yes but I had some pictures I sent of very easily to see huge piles and found at least 30 piles. It looked like at least half my yard was missed not a smal human mistake. You may have offered 50% but never to come back which is what the site says. And I should have to pay 50% for a job that was 100% incomplete job.

We have used Poo Patrol for several months now. There service has been outstanding. I always know when they are coming and our yard is a mess with construction projects going on. Everything is always cleaned up and they are very kind and courteous. I would recommend them highly!
