Very thorough. They text when they are on their way, and text when they are done. Quick, efficient. Courteous, marked vehicle, prompt. Highly recommend! We have a Great Dane and a somewhat large yard to cover. They were in and out in less than an hour, completely cleaned up. Very fortunate to have this service in the area!
My 1st time using NLC Scoops went well. The gentleman who came was very nice and did a great job. I explained about how to re-chain my gate so kids couldn't open it enough for my dog to get out and he paid attention to what I asked. That is a wonderful thing!! Good job! Keep it up.
