I moved to Iowa City two years ago and needed a service to pick up my dogs waste. I did what everyone else does: I went online and looked at reviews of companies. 4 Pawz Poo Scoopin came with five stars and several positive comments. I contacted them and Whitney responded quickly. She was super knowledgeable, personable and easy to talk to. Also, I love it that she ALWAYS text's me when she is on her way. That way, if my dogs are outside, I know she's coming and I can put them away. Whitney's communication skills are impeccable. She will let me know if she will be late or needs to reschedule. Excellent job of cleaning up after our two Boston Terrier rescues. Such a relief, at our ages of 80 and 82, to have a younger person keep our yard clean! Notify us via phone message when on her way. And, on rare occasions, notify us if clean up might be delayed or moved up a day. Thank you so very much.

Whitney is wonderful! She communicates well, is always consistent and on time…and my pup loves saying hi. It’s so nice to have this service and take one more thing off my plate!
