Be aware, the owner of this business is extremely petty. Overtly rude and disrespectful. Did a poor job on my VERY small yard, missing the same two piles of poop three times. Probably because he was on the phone talking very loudly while my dogs went insane inside the entire time. We own one vehicle. It was in the drive. Obvious we were home. Obviously knows we have dogs as it is a dog waste removal service. I asked a question because I honestly did not know the answer and owner returned a very rude “man-splaining” response, so I finally canceled. I left a comment as to why I canceled, then this “man” emails me in the middle of my work day to argue with me about my cancellation comment! Are you kidding me??? I obviously did not engage because I am not 12yrs old. Then he proceeds to ATTEMPT TO CHARGE MY CARD ALMOST A WEEK AFTER I CANCELLED SERVICE! When he realized I was obviously ten steps ahead of him, he FINALLY approved my cancellation request with the pettiest comment saying “rude customer, didn’t want to pay when it snowed” after I had paid $155 for THREE cleanings!!! Not even a months worth! So, to sum it up, I was taken advantage of, overcharged (more than likely because I’m a female looking at the way I was treated), talked to like I was stupid, owner attempted to intimidate me when I finally canceled with honest criticism, and finally lied about my character and lied about my lack of payment after trying to illegally charge my card for services he did not provide. 💯 not worth the money, or the hassle. Great communication with any schedule changes. My dogs always looked forward to their visit and my yard was clean. I always recommend this company to anyone who inquires about these services. Extremely helpful to have one less chore when life gets hectic.

I've worked with Terry and this company for several years now, and they are excellent! We have large dogs and quite a mess weeky, and Terry leaves no stone unturned. The yard is immaculate when she is done. She has also let me know when "deposits" look a little off in consistency, so I can apprise my vet of potential issues.
