Updated. Just got off the phone with owner. He COMPLETELY flipped out. Screaming at me wouldn’t let me talk. I tried to be respectful. And he THREATENED to come to my home. I have a full recording of this conversation and will be turning it in. The owner is not okay. Yes he’s going through a lot but he wouldn’t even hear me out. I wanted to change my payment card on file. NOW I WANT TO CANCEL IT. I’m giving Turd Burglars three stars, and honestly, that might be generous given the communication nightmare I’ve experienced. The main problem? Getting in touch with them is nearly impossible. Their website is basically just a quote request form, and that’s where the interaction ends. I’ve tried everything - emails, phone calls, multiple voicemails - and I’ve gotten absolutely nothing back. Radio silence. What really baffles me is the lack of a customer portal or account management system. In 2025, how does a service company not have a way for customers to log in and manage their own accounts? I simply wanted to update my payment method, which should be a basic, straightforward task. Instead, I’m stuck with no way to make changes to my own account. At this point, I’ve moved past wanting to update my payment info. Now I just want to cancel my service entirely and take my business elsewhere. If a company can’t be bothered to respond to customer inquiries or provide basic account management tools, that speaks volumes about how they value their customers. The service itself might be fine, but the complete lack of communication and customer support infrastructure makes this business relationship untenable. I expected better.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Who enjoys picking up their dog's bodily waste? No one!! But no fear, thank goodness Turd Burglars offers to take care of this issue!! I wish I knew about this service years and years ago, but I am so thankful that I found them. We were set up on a bi-weekly service to pick up the poo of our two dogs. They were out each schedule time and it was a painless process. The owner is currently going through a horrendous family matter, but he has always taken the time to talk to me when I had scheduling conflicts or any questions. If we ever had a issue with the service, I would shoot out a text and the technician would be notified and sent back to as quickly as possible to fix it. These guys are wonderful. I will be recommending them to all friends who are doggie-parents!

Turd Burglars has been such a help for our family. With kids and dogs all sharing the yard, it’s such a relief knowing it’s always clean and taken care of. The team is friendly, reliable, and really goes the extra mile. When we had to say goodbye to one of our dogs, they showed so much kindness and compassion, which meant a lot to us. Couldn’t recommend them more!

💩 problem solved! I’ve got two dogs, a busy life, and zero time for backyard “treasure hunts“. Turd burglar is the real MVP. Quick, reliable, and totally worth it. My yard stays clean and I can just enjoy my pups. Best money I spend.

We’ve been using Turd Burglars for over a year and they are reliable and do a great job. They’re also reasonably priced and it’s just one more chore that I don’t have to worry about. I really appreciate them!
