Speedy Scoop Pet Waste Removal

Love speedy scoop. Communication is great. I know when they are coming and when they leave. I also get pictures of my gate being latched so I don’t have to worry. I highly recommend them. It really helps me out with three big rotties!

Using SpeedyScoop was a very good experience. I had months of buildup from my dogs over the winter time, they came out and the entire yard was spotless within 45 minutes. They have an automated process so getting someone to come out was very easy. They even sent progress pictures at the end of the service. They took away the waste as well! I will be using this service again in the future.

Overall the service is nice to have. However, im supposed to get text alerts that they are on their way and I haven't gotten one in over a month now (5 or 6 weeks ive honestly lost track at this point). They just show up in my backyard so I cant let my dogs out until they come becausei never know when theyll arrive and i dont want the dogs out because then my appointmentwill get moved. I've called the office every time and I keep getting told it delivered so the issue is on my end. Even though I used to get them, none of my settings changed and my phone works for everything else. The first week it happened they determined the problem to be on their end and every week since when I call it's my problem. I get technology not working, but i dont appreciate having it put on me with an oh well not our fault you figure it out for a service ive paid on time for every single month since we started with them in February. I also no longer get the texts that they are done with the picture of my gate latched. So I have to stop working to go check it before I can let my dogs out.
