Turd Burglars Pet waste Management

So usually I’m more than happy with my service but for the last couple of weeks my yard has failed to be cleaned. I dismissed it the first week due to having a lot going on but then it happened again this week… got the notification that the ‘turd burglar’ was in route and then 15 mins later they stated that the job had been completed. Little did he know, I was home standing on my back patio the entire time and to add insult to injury, I have cameras to validate this situation. I’m beyond pissed. I am not sure what my next move will be but I hope the company makes this right.

We have been using this company for a while and we are extremely happy with the service. We get notified when they are on their way and when they finish. They always do a great job! Highly recommend!!
