Our neighbor and I used his service, we were customers when he began and offered us a discount since our yards connect.Her dogs passed away, so she canceled, telling him she would probably get another dog soon. He emailed me explaining that since she canceled he could not offer the discount, but would when she resumed service, that was understood. She got another dog and resumed service, I emailed stating that, and he replied he couldn’t do the discount any longer, you know gas prices and all. Canceled my service. Enough said. There are others.

I've never had any problems using this service. In the very rare event that weather delays a service, the following service has always been very thorough. Would highly recommend.

When they first started the service was EXCELLENT, after several months they started MISSING pickups, half completing the job, leaving visible mess and having excuses. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Terrible owner do not use.I tried to cancel and he told me that they do not charge a winter clean up fee when a normal subscribers so I sid not cancel.Low and behold I recieved a bill for winter clean up plus the month bill when there was several piles that remained in my yard.When confronted he called and left a threatening message .

He overcharged us and we canceled service He decided to keep coming After we called him out he told us to never call him back Going elsewhere now Bad business owner
