There needs to be a serious conversation with your drivers. I was driving with the flow of traffic in the middle lane with my 7 month old baby in the car. One of your drivers was dangerously tailgating me, high beaming me, the proceeded to angrily speed up around me, flip me off and cut me off going 90+ mph. I was honestly appalled. This is not how someone should drive regardless, especially someone who drives a commercial vehicle.

Summer is amazing. She is great with my dogs. Communicates when she is on her way and when she is done. Cleaning up after my dogs is the only down side to having dogs, so it is great that I can hire Poop911 to help me out with this.

When I was moving, I was looking to receive a yard cleaning. I used poop911 because the online platform was easy to use. Online there was not a choice to sign up for a 1 time service; however all over the website it stated that I could cancel at anytime. After receiving the initial service I went in and cancelled the services. The service I received was great! I received a text when the technician was on the way and after the yard was clean. Two weeks after canceling the services I receive a text message from an unknown number at 7 pm. The text informed me that I would be charged $30 fee because the technicians need to be paid for their work. The website should be more clear of the cancellation fees instead of insisting that one could cancel at anytime. **edit As you can see from the response, the owner of this business could use better customer service skills. I received several emails and text asking for a review then when a review is given the response is very snappy. Use the service at your own risk.**

The communication is great. They do an amazing job keeping your yard clean. It's great to walk outside to a clean yard.

Absolutely love the service and the folks behind the service. We have lived in the area for 18 months and they were one of our first calls. We have a giant backyard with a few dogs and you would never know! So appreciative of this service!
