**UPDATE PER RESPONSE** Yes, your team did make some attempts but by that time I had already cancelled. Didn't seem promising. -- SO DISAPPOINTED! I signed up 3 weeks ago; the technician came the first visit, everything was fine. Then the last TWO visits no one showed up. I called last Monday and was notified that they had a staffing issue (AKA someone didn't show up for their job). They said they would credit my week and come out the following day to clean. The next day a tech did show up. So I was hopeful we were back on track...Well, here we are one week later and nobody showed up - AGAIN! Cancelled after 3 weeks and only 1 successful visit. No text updates or personalized service. Use a local scooper.

I love their service and it’s super helpful. However, they require prior notification of text messages to ensure our dogs are inside before they will begin service. While I understand ensuring their safety and the safety of our pups, they have not given enough time of notice. I.E: the first text it was an immediate response. The next week I was given a six minute notification and did not gave my phone on me. Since I didn’t reply within those six minutes they skipped our house. I called to let them know that wasn’t a reasonable amount of time to allow for a reply. This last week they sent a text “we will be there in 10 minutes. Are your dogs inside?” I had to call my husband as I wasn’t home at the time to ensure we would be serviced. It’s just so inconvenient. I could understand if we had a set time of day to expect them, but just randomly showing up, less than a 15 minute notification/ grace period for replying, and then just leaving isn’t acceptable. Once this initial “discount phase” is over I’m not sure we will continue service. I guess I’m expected to sit in my house all day on Thursdays with my phone in hand waiting on their text message so I can immediately reply to make sure I get the service I’m paying for.

The customer service team is incredibly difficult to work with. The portal is glitchy, and doesn't work. Although I've contacted support multiple times, they offer no real support, simply the same canned email response over and over. The service also lied about servicing my property, and I had to review video footage to confirm that I was billed for services that I did not receive. It's been a hassle to work with this company.

Such a life saver. As someone with a disability, sometimes it's hard to keep up with all of the household chores. Pet Butler is such an amazing service.
