I’ve been using Priority1 Scoopers for about six months now, and I’m still just as happy as I was in the beginning. What stood out at first was how friendly and professional the team was, and that hasn’t changed one bit. They show up when they say they will, do a thorough job every single time, and always leave my yard looking great. The best part is the peace of mind — I don’t even think about it anymore. The yard is always clean, my dogs can run around without me worrying, and I don’t have to spend my weekends scooping. The price is fair, the communication is excellent, and the service is consistent. Extremely professional, courteous, polite and kind. Even brought gifts along for my 2 fur babies!!! Offered inside but requested to enter through gate which I think is a huge plus. In -and-out- explained the process and courtesy assistance with the swarm of flies!!! Great service and super fast! I don’t know if this is normal, so I called on Sunday afternoon and they scheduled me for a Monday afternoon appointment for my first cleaning. That is super fast! My technician was a navy vet that was professional, courteous and friendly. Now I checked my yard after he left, and it was completely poop free! This pooper scooper company is very affordable and I highly recommend them for anyone in the Fayetteville Georgia area. Update:October 10, 2025 It’s been about 3 months since I first tried Priority1 Scoopers, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made!! Can’t say enough about them. Professional, prompt, courteous and consistent . The best part is I don’t have to think about scooping poop or pet waste in my yard. I highly recommend this service.

So I had just gotten a puppy at 9 weeks old and was not prepared for the amount of poop this pup put out. I saw a sign for Priority1 Scoopers and took a chance and their service has been great from the start. Great customer service, great response time, great cleanup. They notify you when they're enroute and when completed. I am very satisfied with their service overall! Thank you Priority1 Scoopers!

Didn’t know this service existed but I came across an AD driving through my neighborhood and decided to try out their services. I was highly impressed. I have 2 Cane Corso and a Doberman and they were able to get the poop removed in an efficient and timely manner for a good price. I was able to get on the monthly plan so definitely will be using again
