First time clean up - 1st week no show- 2 nd week… picked up 2 small bags and left the rest - Managements response - Hey Cheri! With the first visits it can be tough getting 100% of it, but each week gets easier and clears out the yard much quicker. If you’d like to be on schedule for this next week as well I can give you a free visit to make up for that, if not I completely understand your frustrations and appreciate you letting me know so we are aware of this. Nick has always done a great job for us and has exceeded expectations so this is a bit out of the ordinary for him! Just let me know what you would like to do and we will go from there, thanks!

I'm very impressed with the service provided by ScoopHero so far. After they complete their walk around our yard, they ensure our gate is closed properly and send us a picture. They go above and beyond and even brought our recycle bin back up to our house. Communication is great as well. 👍

These folks are great, they walk the yard a couple of time to make sure they didn't miss anything. Very nice, I had one bring my trash bin down. That's going above and beyond! I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for this kind of service.
