Thomas have been excellent with communication on when he is able to come by our house to provide service. I get a text message about 30 mins before he shows up and when he is finished. Also, lets me know if there is a problem with access to our yard. He calls and let me know and will try to come by the house at a later time. This company is too notch! I had no idea that a company offering this type of dog waste cleaning service could truly go above and beyond! Our technician is fabulous…. Going over the yard meticulously, leaving little flags wherever she cleaned up, and deodorizing the lawn. Our last company was here for about 7 minutes each visit and our new tech takes her time and does such a thorough job. We truly appreciate it! Communication has been great and the overall service signup and experience has truly been seamless. I feel very fortunate to have this service help me keep my yard clean for my pups and family.
