POOP 911 Orlando

This was once the best company and had the best owners! I was long term customer. I even suggested poop911 to people I knew! I rarely write reviews, but when I had to email the office after a problem, I was informed Orlando location is now corporate. My first impression of my contact with corporate would be 0 stars, but this only allows you to do 1 star, not less. The communication has been limited, and I had no idea my technician would be new. I trusted the previous technicians, and knew they were going to keep the lawn maintained. They also would communicate any time they were running late. When the waste was not collected today and I was charged, I contacted with email. I was sent a picture, assuring me they had been there, but I knew the waste had not been collected. I was told they’d issue me a credit for next week. When I sent another email, reminding them a credit does not solve the problem, the corporate individual told me they would send the technician tonight but they were an hour away. When I received that email, I knew it would be dark in an hour. After 6 emails I got a refund. I dont know of a company who wants your business and would expect you to send 6 emails before issuing a refund for a service you did not get. That tells me they do not want my business. I’d like to know if this is how their corporate office runs everything? I do not like the way they dismissed my problem, the way they wasted my time, and they were going to do nothing at all until I questioned if I was being charged for the service. I have to say I have encountered bad customer service with other business, except this has to be the worst in at least a year. Be aware this company might appear to be a local owner in Orlando, but they apparently are not any longer. They need to do better.

Never expected this service to be so valuable, but it has been amazing. My dogs absolutely love Chad and he keeps my yard deodorized and clean! Worth every penny

I have nothing but positive things to say about him & his service & highly recommend for busy entrepreneurs, those with a lot of dogs, or someone who just doesn’t want to scoop poop like my step daughter! We love Poop 911. No more arguing over who has to pick it up. We see very happy with our service. They are professional and my dogs love saying hello. The owner is responsible, courteous and kind.
