I have tried to be patient, but this company does not believe in customer service. You can call the corporate all you want, and they say they will pass on "an urgent message because this is not how we treat our clients." I had an initial service scheduled for Monday, March 25th. No one showed up. I called them when I got back from vacation, and no one returned my call. I thought I'd give them another chance. So I made an appointment for 4/8. Guess what?! No one showed up, and they don't return calls. Probably a scam company. I'd love to know how the people they're getting 4-star reviews from actually got them to come to their house.

I am very disappointed with this service. I had an initial appointment on 1/21/2025. And I didn’t hear from anyone all day, so I called the 800 number and had to leave several messages. It has been almost a week and still no contact. I called the local New Port Richey location and a man referred me to my local person who acted if my busy wasn’t needed and basically didn’t care that I was cancelling service. So, I assume that this company has so many clients that they don’t need anymore. I called Doody Calls 800 number and an actual human answered and was able to help me.
