The 1st service was great because it was done by the owner, the second service was done by a technician named Nikki and she left a ton of poop behind, I reached out to have it addressed and they didn’t fix it, I received zero response after that, canceled my subscription and requested a partial refund, I still haven’t gotten a response and it has been over a week, Initially it was 5 stars, a Quick response, same day service, thorough clean up after the first session went down to 1 star and I even contacted the owner and he didn’t take care of it either, very disappointing service and lost a customer. All you had to do was send another person out to fix Nikki’s mistake. Instead I was ignored and issue was never addressed.

Our service started out fantastic and then slowly deteriorated. The owner was quick to respond at first coming out himself to take care of what wasn’t done by the tech. Unfortunately, service continues to be inconsistent. I texted the owner last week about our dissatisfaction with a service and heard nothing. I tried calling yesterday, and left a very detailed message discontinuing our service as a result, but I’ve heard nothing back. We just got the automated message that they were coming to the property so obviously there is a major communication issue. I’m not sure what happened, but we are quite disappointed.

Did a great job on my yard! I have a large dog and always had no sign of his poop after they were done. Would definitely recommend!

Very fair prices and wonderful customer service! As someone who has a half acre of land, this service has helped immensely. Technicians are quick and thorough. They are always careful to make sure my side gate is fully closed and locked, and they send a picture to reassure me. They help me so much as I am quite busy. One less thing to worry about! Highly recommend this service!!

K9 Turf Solutions does a great job in my yard! Noah never misses anything and I love how clean it looks and how nice it smells after he’s done. He has great communication and very fair pricing! I highly recommend this company to anyone needing the service.
