Goldmine Pet Waste were amazing!! I filled out the form online and within no time, received a phone call to follow up. James was super professional, answered all my questions, and was able to come out the very same day. I had explained that my son had autism and sometimes got agitated when new folks came to the house. James immediately offered to meet my son, let him get to know him for a few minutes so that it could help put him at ease. James was friendly and did a fantastic job cleaning up our yard and retrieving all our gold. Receiving texts to let us know he was about 45 minutes out, as well as the follow up text to let us know he was complete and the gate was secure was fantastic.
