Poop 911 Tampa

We were only here for the weekend at my in-laws but we had our dogs with us since I'm injured I could not clean up after my dogs in the backyard. I called and the person I spoke to was extremely friendly, I'm so sorry I can't remember his name. I think it might have been Brian. They called to make sure that they could come in the backyard with my dogs give me time to move them into their kennel. They were quick and extremely easy to set everything up online. We will definitely be using them again when we're back in town. I recommend them to anyone in the area! Thanks again!

Professional, efficient, friendly, over and above is how I would describe both the service and staff at the New Port Richey, Florida Poop 911. My aunt has some balance issues. Living in a deed restricted retirement condo area she was required to keep up after her service dog Gina. It was becoming harder and harder. Poop 911 while a silly name was NOT a silly service. Professional to the max from the efficient website form to fill out to having a online portal for date and payment review. You see this was a family effort for us, while I live close to my aunt and set up the service, her generous son paid for the service from Chicago. It was easy for him to set the payment info online after I set up the service. Now don’t freak if you are not a computer person. I have spoken to these people over the phone several times making sure I was doing things correctly since there were many hands involved from my end. Wow are they super nice and patient. Honestly the owner (I’m horrible with names) and his daughter (Shy) have been god sends. It’s been about two months and I honestly have zero complaints. We have twice a week service. Shy has been BEYOND kind to both my aunt and her dog. The condominium association has been thrilled with the new upkeep as well. Thank you to both Shy and her father for what you do and how you do it. Get this service today. For a week or a year. It’s inexpensive and worth it.

Set appointment for 8am finally called at 130 and said on the way but I had another place to be, they never called back to reschedule

I called this company many times today and nobody answers. They say is 24/7... How can you actually reach these guys if not by phone?
