POOP 911 Connecticut

Ok the first 2 weeks. 3rd week they missed several spots in the yard. Came back at no charge to do the work. 4th week, missed a portion of the yard again. I called and they said someone would come to take care if it. No one showed. The 5th week, they were a complete no show. Do not use.

Agent arrived promptly at agreed upon time. Agent removed every speck of dog waste proficiently. Agent arrived neat and clean with proper supplies to tackle the task at hand. Agent was Polite and Professional. Great Service!

I have used poop 911 for several months. The service was great at the start, came weekly and did a great job. I had one occurrence of nobody showing up and being charged. Called and received an apology and a credit for the next service. This month (Dec 23) they missed a service and charged me. I called and was told someone would be out that day and I would receive a credit. Nobody showed up that day to complete the missed service. The next Friday I was billed double and received no service. I called and requested the service be cancelled and a refund issued. I was assured the service was canceled and refunds were issued. I never received refunds and they billed again today. They now refuse to answer their phones when I call (they have caller id so when you call it greets you by name). This same thing happened to a friend of mine with this company. TAKE WARNING!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Spot on timely service, the young ladies are super friendly with my dogs. Bottom line: I haven’t stepped in, seen, nor smelled anything since I hired them. No more fly’s also. Seemless service and billing. I highly recommend.

I have called the customer service line every week for the last 2 months and left detailed messages and no one has called me back. I was charged for FOUR services that were not completed and still have not been refunded. Someone came last week and only cleaned half the back yard. In the beginning this service was great and convenient but the lack of respect to call a customer back is unprofessional.
